Jane came out of surgery about 12:45pm today. The heart portion of her surgery went very well. In fact, the anesthesiologist said it was better than they expected. They ran several stress tests on her heart and all looked great! BUT, right after they closed her up they found bleeding in her right lung. They are working on stabilizing her and trying to stop the bleeding. They took a chest X-ray right after surgery and then another X-ray about an hour later and they already saw improvement. So, anyway…please continue to pray for us all. We still have a LONG road ahead, but we have gotten over a BIG hurdle.

I have chills I’m so over-joyed by this news. All day today I was on pins and needles knowing Jane was in surgery. Thank God! Our praying continues daily, often hourly…all 3 of you are always on our hearts and minds!

That is such great news. I’m so glad everything went well! I didn’t sleep that well last night and kept thinking about her and praying for her all night (or at least when i was awake) and all day today! You guys are always in my prayers. I pray that God continues to guide you in the necessary steps to heal Jane. As said, you guys got over a big hurdle. I too keep bawling my eyes out with anything I hear about Jane, especially when I heard the surgery went well! It’s wonderful how the Lord works his miracles.

Dear Tiny Jane,
You are so tiny and yet there is this huge number of believers praying throughout the day for you. We are asking for a miracle healing for you! Yes, for you tiny Jane–and yet, your being here right now is a miracle. Slava Bohu. We ask God for your healing if it is according to His will. We know he hears us. We know God is in control, He is the decision maker. We thank Him for you.
We pray that your parents be given daily doses of joy when they see you, for ot is that joy which sustains them. It is so difficult to see how tiny you are with all the medical procedures happening to you; to have to be so far apart from you. It is their instinct–their love that wants to hold and protect you. They have grown so much having to give up that natural desire up to God. To hear about your parents has been a “God Lesson” for so many of us.
All you are going through–it makes me wonder…do you see God’s angels? Are they holding you in their hand’s? Do you feel God’s presence? His love? The warm breath of His Holy Spirit? You must! Are you scared? Impossible!
Listen…listen to God’s angels sing. Listen to your father sing. Listen to your mother sing. Does it make your heart beat stronger? I pray for a time when you will hear our narod singing praises to God and you will be smiling.
